Rochelle Albert has spent years honing her craft in bartending and catering, learning the ins and outs of creating memorable experiences and delicious cocktails. In 2023, her priorities shifted significantly when she gave birth to her son. As a single mother, she wanted to find a way to be with her son full-time and provide for her family in a meaningful way. This is why she started Eido Bar Company.
Rochelle turned to Raynor Large, Center Director/Business Advisor at the Maine SBDC at CEI, for guidance in navigating the complexities of starting the new venture. Together, they delved into crucial aspects of business ownership, from marketing strategies to licensing requirements, startup costs, and building a robust network.
With the support of family who watched her son, Rochelle transformed an old horse trailer into a stunning mobile bar during her postpartum. Fueled by purpose and determination, she officially launched Eido Bar Co in late 2023. Eido Bar Co is a mobile bar service that specializes in making celebrations unforgettable. As Rochelle reflects on her new business, she comments, “Eido Bar Co. was born, not just as a business venture, but as a manifestation of love, RESILIENCE, and commitment to crafting experiences that matter.”
As Rochelle looks toward the future, her aspirations include expanding her fleet, securing a brick-and-mortar venue to offer additional services, and ultimately owning her own events venue.
